14 days from the date of receipt of the order (the date shown in the tracking notification) consumer customers can go through the return procedures. Products purchased by consumers must be returned in good condition before they can be accepted and refunded to consumers. Consumers can use the after-sales form on the contact page to submit a return reques.

The consumer must return the product to us in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept damaged or soiled products without original packaging or incomplete packaging. In the process of return, the cost and risk of the return must be borne by the consumer first.

The product and mailing costs will be reimbursed to the customer within 14 days after acceptance (customer return shipping fee)
